Dr. Albert Edward Carlotti III, MD

Dr. Carlotti will recommend a lot of procedures, most not related to the problem you are even trying to solve. He doesn't do a good job of explaining what is happening. He also is a very poor listener. I call the last 2 years my adventures with a surgeon's ego. In my case, he did a surgery where he thought the results were amazing requesting that he could show off my case to his students. I was in horror because he neither did what I requested, nor was this a subtle change. It completely changed what I look like and people couldn't recognize me. This would be only be a success if I was trying to be in the witness protection program and wanted a new identity. I think he values very square, wide masculine jawlines. From the several other surgeons I've seen, there is a consensus that was a poor choice for a female jaw line. Plus there was a problem. This led to having a 2nd surgery. In this one, he made 2 errors that resulted in a jaw implant being improperly installed too low… and the other not screwed in so it turned sideways. That let to a 3rd surgery by another surgeon. Even without the errors, I've now met with a lot of plastic surgeons. I can tell you that based on what I've learned though that, I would rank Dr. Carlotti at the bottom of the pack. Please do yourself a favor and find a better surgeon. It won't be hard. The funny thing of this is I didn't originally schedule to see him. I was scheduled to see his Dr. Michelle Carlotti. Somehow when I was waiting with the patient care person and talking about Dr. Michelle and what she typically does, Dr. Albert came in and switched me to his patient I never understood why that happened. When I was researching him after, there were mostly only positive reviews. He did have a lawsuit with a patient who aggressively put negative reviews out on him because it hurt his business. Anyway, since I had my first surgery, there are many negative reviews. From that my impression is not only is my negative experience pretty typical, but that there may not have been negative reviews because he threatened similar action if people posted their dissatisfaction. That's just the impression I have, but probably should put a legal disclaimer so he doesn't come after me for telling my experience and exposing his errors.

I spent over 15k and after nearly six months of waiting for things to "settle" like the doctor told me to, the problems I addressed weeks after surgery are still there. My breasts were not properly lifted and one side doesn't match the other. My scars are deep red and look terrible. Do not trust these people!

Albert is immensely narcissistic. It’s easy to see he doesn’t care too much about his patients. If he cared a tenth about them, as he does himself, he’d be a somewhat decent doctor.

When I went to Dr. Albert and Dr. Michelle with lumps and divots all over my body put there during lipo at the Ciao Bella Medical spa I didn't have much hope. I had been to four other doctors for help and not one thought they could make a positive difference. Well, I'm here to tell you that Drs. Albert & Michelle Carlotti filled them in using fat from other places and my body looks better than ever. I was concerned that as I gained or lost weight, as most people tend to do every now and then, my results would change but they haven't. Two years later and my body still looks great! I was so thrilled about the lip correction I got a mastopexy done on my breasts. Total reconstruction and you can barely see the scars! They're prettier than I could have imagined (thanks Dr. Michelle!) and I couldn't be happier. I would recommend these doctors to anyone and I will definitely return for any other procedures I decide to do in the future.

I had a rhinoplasty by Dr. Carlotti and it was the worst decision of my life. One nostril was higher than the other and I avoided the camera for years because my distorted nose was so apparent in pictures. I was absolutely miserable. I had to fly to Texas to pay $20,000 for reconstruction surgery where the surgeons took a rib and ear graft and they said the inside of my nose was a mess. Be careful and do your research first.

I thought Dr Carlotti was nice at consultaion and seemed knowledgeable but the results proved otherwise and I'm left with nothing but problems. Check credentials a little better than I did and choose a better doctor,

I highly recommend Dr. Alberty Carlotti. I recently had jaw surgery to correct a growing problem, and I can't believe what a difference surgery has made! Dr. Carlotti and the rest of The Carlotti Center staff are extremely personable, helpful and knowledgeable.

I had a great experience with Dr. Carlotti. His work was exceptional, and he and his staff were professional. I would recommend him to anyone.

for anyone looking to have a cosmetic procedure done i would highly recommend dr. albert and michelle carlotti. they are great surgeons and care about you...not about money for them. they care about helping you! their staff,knowledge and expertise is unmatched. there has also been a crazy person trying to ruin their practice over a bad result that she had due to not telling them she had previous serious medical conditions that should have been divulged to them prior to her procedure. totally her fault...as you can see from the very public lawsuit the carlottis won for defamation. this should not sway your opinion of them when considering procedures for you or your family. both my husband and i have had several procedures and have loved every part of the process. you can trust them with your health and confidence. they also are great family people
