Dr. Alex Birman, MD

Dr. Alex Birman is a board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist with 24 years of experience caring for women throughout all stages of life. He earned his medical degree from St. Matthews University School of Medicine in Belize and completed his residency training at the prestigious Baylor College of Medicine. Dr. Birman is fluent in Korean and Spanish, allowing him to serve diverse communities throughout South Florida.

Dr. Birman practices at multiple locations across Miami and Hialeah, including affiliations with Palmetto General Hospital, Hialeah Hospital, and Larkin Community Hospital Palm Springs Campus. His clinical expertise focuses on women's reproductive health, with particular experience treating sexually transmitted infections and vaginal conditions such as vaginitis and vulvitis. He performs comprehensive diagnostic testing including screenings for gonorrhea, chlamydia, and trichomonas to ensure accurate diagnosis and effective treatment for his patients.
