Dear Dr. Alejandro V. Natividad, MD Dr. Navitividad. Money...Insurance Scam...Disbeliever of Genuine Mental Health diagnosis and treatment. How dare you lack the skills needed to call yourself a Phychiatrist. How dare you disbelieve and thereby shame the Work of many GREAT MEN...many GREATE phychiatrist before you. Your initial consultation of me was unwarranted, unjustified and I am sure in violation of ethics by every regulatory regulation in the medical field. I want you to know that I believe you to be a fraud. Either in this world by money in which you need to be investigated in reviewed by insurance agencies that monitor the abuse of monies for treatment and/or lack thereof or by Ethics and proper treatment and diagnosis of a mental disorder by any DSM-IV book criteria by which you need to reviewed by a medical board agency. You can not simply state your disbelief in a 20 year diagnosis and refuse to consider 20 years of evidence in support therof. There are imdividuals in… this world such as myself that genuinely need and seek professional help from individials with titles like "phychiatrist". You sir are not by any definition as you asked me to explain...and failed yourself to explain. Dr. Nat always makes times to hear my concerns, review my successes and failures and address any problematic medication issues. He is sensitive to my time, and very compassionate to both my condition and the follow up treatment. He is very quick to give me feed back and responds well to my anxiety about changing meds reminding me that I'm not my diagnosis, but only a person that has an illness that needs treatment and monitoring. I love having him as part of my physician team!

I HAVE BEEN A PATIENT FOR SEVERAL YEARS - GOOD EXPERIENCE

I was a patient here for several years. Never once did I feel like I was being helped or cared for. The staff is completely unprofessional and inconsiderate. I would call and leave a message and it wouldn’t be returned. When I was finally able to get a hold of someone, they were rude and belittled my requests and/or questions. They had a bill that was not submitted to my insurance in time, therefore they were responsible for paying it. This bill went unpaid for 2 years, even after me calling my insurance and faxing over the information that Natividad was responsible for paying it. I eventually got sent to collections because of this entire ordeal. I honestly cannot name one positive experience in my 3 years there. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

I do not understand how anyone can give this "person" a good review. He has no compassion and care nothing about patients. I do not know why the Pavilion even uses him. I agree with many of the comments about his lack of interest in anyone unless the meet a certain profile. And the Pavilion is not much better. People come to them because they need help and are turned away without even seeing a doctor. They do no follow up or help. A number of the nurses and counselors are compassionate and try, but most of the doctors (except Garcia and Hussein) don't seem to give a crap. Especially this "doctor".

I've been seeing Dr.Natividad for a number of years. He is an excellent doctor. Always has time for me and I have come to depend on him. He is always a five-star doctor for me. I never have to wait long in his waiting room.

He never asked appropriate question pertaining to my diagnosis from another doctor

he sucks!!! Office hung up on me put me on hold never ever again will speak to this man again!

This horrible man was my dr. 9 yrs ago in the pavilion. He diagnosed me with situation depression and prescribed meds and sent me on my way. Just last wk I saw the same idiot at TPC. He was very rude and and then tried to diagnose me with a personality disorder. I spent the next hr or so with my case worker trying to calm me down. This dr has no compassion and has no people. He's more concerned about drugging you up than actually helping you!
