Dr. Mariah Brown Spengler

Mariah Spengler is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Licensed Professional Counselor (LMHC, LCP) with over 29 years of experience in the mental health field. She works with adults 18 and older through all phases of life. Mariah specializes in stress, anxiety management, grief, loss, relationship issues, and life transitions. Mariah received her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Furman University. She then received her Master's degree in Kinesiology from Indiana University and her Master's degree in Counseling from Vanderbilt University. She then moved to Florida where she received her Doctorate degree in Counseling. Mariah utilizes an eclectic approach to counseling to ensure every client receives personalized treatment. Mariah’s goal is to provide a space where you can feel heard, accepted, and encouraged. She strives to provide a personalized approach that helps empower you to have insight, make changes, overcome your life’s obstacles, and find balance in your life, mind, …body, and spirit. She looks forward to working with you to address whatever issues you wish to work through—as a team.
