Dr. Alicia Michelle Hopkins, DO

Dr. Alicia Hopkins has an unprofessional disposition. Her tone when dealing with a patient is unpleasant. She does not possess the capability of being genuine nor sympathetic to her patients needs. What a disgrace to all doctors.

OUTSTANDING FAMILY MEDICAL DOCTOR!! My visit with Dr. Alicic Hopkins on Doctors' on Demand was very pleasant and enlightening! Her command of her medical knowledge was excellent! She gave me medical advice according to my symptoms and I felt right away. She was very professional while showing a genuine concern for my wellbeing! Doctors' on Demand is very fortunated to be represented by an outstanding family medical physician like Dr. Alicia Hopkins!! I would recommend her to others without hesitation!!

I had an appointment with Dr. Hopkins via dr on demand. My experience was much like those posted on here. She does not have a basic knowledge of medicine. I know this because when she saw my current medication she asked what my life long chronic issue was and the medicine I am prescribed doesn't even fit that characteristic. She always is not aware of antibiotics. I only mention this because when I saw someone else state something similar it confirmed the thought I had in my head already. Moving on...I was talked to like I was a child and there was an extreme lack of empathy from her. She pretty much said what I am experiencing is normal and nothing like others she has seen. I was shocked. Like don't minimize my issue right now. My daughter and I have used dr on demand plenty of times and never have had this experience. I am not making this post to be mean or cruel. I am making it so that hopefully she will change her ways. I am in the medical field too and I hope to never treat others… this way.

I dealt with her on a dr on demand call. She Definitely made me feel as though I was a burden and was just a extra paycheck for her due to her lack of knowledge of a certain medication. She constantly talked over me and did not allow me to speak. And her advise was to hang up and call again to get a different dr. She also made me feel like I was stupid the way she talked to me when I told her that I could not hear her due to all the echoes. So she felt the need to dangle headphones saying use these. She should not be in practice to help patients and make them feel horrible or a burden. She got her moneys worth, getting paid for a visit that she was not concerned about and was on her high horse to make me feel worse than I did when I spoke to her.

Poor bedside manner, talked like we were children and like we didn’t know what we were talking about. Made some rude comments, laughed at my husbands concerns and just brushed us off. Don’t think we will be using this app again, could have saved us $75 and just seen a real doctor.

I wish she could be my personal doctor. She listened to my concerns asked me additional questions, and gave me medications that helped me recover from my illness, I wish more doctors would be like her as I trust her to take good care of me.

Excellent physician! Dr, Hopkins is a very caring doctor! She listens and shows a positive concern for the well being of all her patients. I would certain recommend her to others!

Dr Hopkins? How did she become a dr? I guess that piece of paper really does hold authority. She is in this field for income not because she genuinely wants to help people. She hung up on me in the middle of me speaking. My first time using dr on demand and it will be my last time. So sad because I really had high hopes for this app.

When I told her I believe he is coming down with it too she said I didn’t know and went through a series of questions and looked in his throat. When she couldn’t see what she wanted she said he just had a fever and to take Advil. I politely disagreed and started to ask a questions and she hung up on us!! Took son next day to a real Dr. and low and behold he has strep!
