He is very thorough in what he does and comes up with the best solution for that matter glad to have him work on my leg after my accident

Dr Van Beek has terrible bed side manner. He is cold and does not explain procedures or medical problems very well. He also does not seem to read his own records, or keep accurate records. He often seemed confused about what procedures he had done and what he had already told us. He also had recorded the day my son had surgery on the wrong day. He was off by 3 months. I wonder why he would do that? His staff is cheerful, but they don't listen very well. They just like to hear themselves talk.

I have known Dr. Van Beek for 15 years now, he has done a countless number of surgeries for me. (reconstructive and otherwise) He is always for your best interest and not for a paycheck. He will give honest opinions on what you do and don't need, even if there's something you really want done, he will be truthful if you really need it done.. He is kind, he truly listens and does an outstanding job on any procedure he completes. He will always be my "go to" surgeon. I consider him family in many ways :)

Dr. Vanbeek is a decent surgeon by reputation, but he lacks compassion and people skills. His bedside manner is pretty awful. We went with him because he was recommended, but after surgery when we were doing our post surgery follow-up it became clear he wasn't reading his notes. He would walk in the room look at the scar and say, "Come back in a month." and then send us a huge bill. Do not recommend.

Dr. Van Beek is a man of few words. He will make observations but not suggestions. He will give you more than you paid for. He is great and as another poster said, he knows how to keep a woman beautiful!

Dr. Van Beek has been my doctor since I was 15 months old, I’m now 18 years old. I was involved in an accident in my home. A door was shut while my thumb was in the doorframe which lead to the crushing and severing of my thumb. Dr. Van Beek reconstructed and reattached my thumb, I now have full range mobility and full usage of it. I was always greeted with a smile. Dr. Van Beek is the best surgeon anyone could ask for. Highly recommend!

I suffered an industrial accident in 2011 and after an unsuccessful surgery at the hands of another local surgeon that left me with no improvement. I was directed to dr. Van beek for a second opinion which that has totally given me care and treatment needed to allow me to return to the job I love without further restrictions. My injury involved my shoulder down to my fingertips. There is no better!

I was in an accident at the age of 4 and have had to undergo several surgeries. I was lucky enough to find Dr. VanBeek at the age of 16. Dr. VanBeek performed several surgeries on me and I can say without doubt that he has been the most amazing and skilled surgeon that I have ever come across. I have had well over 100 surgeries and so I am speaking from experience. To this day, I think of him and all he did to make my life different and I thank God for him. Thank you, Dr. Van Beek! You are the greatest.

Dr. Vanbeek is a brilliant surgeon, has a warm and gentle personality, is a humanitarian donating his skills to better the lives of people who otherwise suffer a lifetime of rejection, a teacher, a mentor, and he knows how to keep a woman beautiful.
