Dr Ray has really been an advocate so that I get the care I need.

I have ALL good things to say about Dr. Ray.. She is only one of two doctors to whom I sent a personal snail mail thank you note. She is competent, kind, personable, friendly, and caring. This is coming from a 76 year old senior lady who has seen many doctors over the years, and I definitely rate her as superior.

Dr. Ray has performed a very complicated surgery on me in 2015. She is an outstanding surgeon who is highly informative and caring for her patients, As far as her surgical skill, you cannot even see my scar. I have not felt this good in many years.

She spent time with me, explained things patiently, and gave me very detailed records and information. I never had to wait more than a few minutes. Their office is clean and every one of the staff was great, from reception to surgical coordinators to nurses to billing. As far as her surgical skill, you cannot even see my scar. I have not felt this good in many years. Miraculous.

Dr. Ray is an outstanding surgeon who also is highly informative, listens well, and cares for her patient's thinking, needs and concerns. She is one in whom total confidence is well-placed.

Dr. Ray has performed two surgeries on me. Thankfully, I require nothing more at this time, but I would not hesitate to return to her for future procedures. Thorough, professional, spends time explaining procedures and what to expect during recovery. Great with follow-up appts.

Dr Ray is personable, attentive, thorough and explains what is going on. Her reception staff on the other hand is infuriating. It is very difficult to get past them to leave messages or to get return phone calls. In one instance I called to speak to dr ray about resuming activity after surgery& the receptionist 3rd degreed me& then transferred me to a medical assistant. This happened 3 times with no return phone call. On my 4th phone call the receptionist said I could resume the activity since I was two months post op. I did not want to go on the word of a receptionist so I called another dr who e-mailed dr ray. Her medical assistant called me back & dr Ray said not to continue the activity until she could exam me. A follow up appt was made. Because I was rehospitalized, I could not make that appt. Both my wife & I called ahead of time to cancel the appt & explained the situation. When the hospital tried tomake a followup appointment, they got a hard time because I missed… one. The reception staff needs better training, and the medical assistant needs more help. Dealing with the admin help is very frustrating

An excellent physician and caring person. Fine surgeon. If necessary, she's worth waiting for.
