Unable to get office to respond to phone calls for appts. or to get Prescriptions filled. Pharmacy has tried for 3 weeks to get authorization to refill. I have been calling for 2 weeks to get an appt. changed. Always no one available leave message we will get back to you soon!! I even dropped a letter at office due 2 to notifications RE:Med. from Ins and notice of possible problem. NO REPONSE> Wouldn't let me leave a ZERO stars. Ed Ploughman

Fantastic Dr., Courteous and professional. Explained everything in detail at a understanding level. Felt very confident with Dr . Was recommended by family member traveled over100 miles to him well worth it. Extremely satisfied need more professionals like him. Staff was very helpful, courteous, and friendly.

Dr Alvarez was very professional and caring during the times that I saw him both at the hospital 3 times and in his office twice during a 4 week period. I highly recommend Dr Alonso Alvarez to anyone needing to see a urologist. He is very good!!!

Very knowledgeable and unassuming personality. Does not "talk down" to patient and listens. Wait time are shorter if you get first appointments in morning or after lunch. Increased wait times are because he does not rush patients through. Yes, you may have to wait, but he is going to give you the time you need once you are in the room, which throws the schedule off sometimes. Highly recommend him.

He diagnosed my disease inaccurately ... He had much of my information entered inaccurately in his computer system ... I was in needless pain for 2 months ... After seeking a second opinion, I was diagnosed correctly, and my horrific pain stopped, after the proper medication was administered ... The staff and his bedside manor are less the professional and the wait time is well over an hour ... I am Submitting this review, to help others not to have to go through what I did due to his incompetence ...
