Dr. Malcolm Root, MD

He takes his times, answers questions and explains everything well. Also, made me feel comfortable during a test that I had done. My husband sees him too. We are both very pleased with the care we are getting. Office staff is very efficient and accommodating.

Although I have only had two,visits, Dr Root seems to be very caring and professional. He explains and answers questions. Appears to have a good personality. The back area staff are brisk but professional. The check in staff are indifferent, no greetings or smiles, just sign in and sit. I was referred and so far no disappointments. Hopefully my assessment continues through the remainder appointments.

Nice guy but there is a lack of communication among staff. Loss of documents, test results, booking appointments on wrong day and asked to come back. Money is the high priority with Florida Urology Partners. Patients come second.

A dear friend recommended this Doctor. I can only say my dear friend will not be advising me in the future.

Dr Root came highly recommended by a friend. My wife and I both have significant kidney stone issues. He has developed a treatment plan for both of us and is carrying it out. He is a great guy, and makes us feel like friends rather than patients. He is very honest and tells us what to expect. We are very comfortable seeing him and have full faith in his skills. DSK

'pay money first'.........then you are allowed to ask questions about your health situation..........NOTE: while you are in the waiting room ' you must pre-pay for your visit ' with credit card by going 'on-line' using your android device or a tablet they provide to you. (Very cold approach to receiving payment) :-( ...... Staff and Dr. usually seem to be overwhelmed causing insufficient patient care.

From the time you walk in to the time you leave highly professional doctor and staff . Even if you receive troubling news, after the consultation you will know you chose the best doctor with Malcom Root. Been going there 8 - 10 years and intend to continue. Have recommended others to him with same results. CFW

When I first arrived at Dr. Root's office, my first impression was this place needs a makeover. I finally pried the entry door open and stepped into the reception area and thought this place needs a makeover. When I finally made it to the examining room, I thought this place really needs a makeover. My gut feeling was if this Doctor's daily environment is such a mess I should get up and leave but I didn't. I stayed against my better judgement and I will regret it forever. My advice to everyone looking for reputable, responsible healthcare judge the book by its cover.

Three words to describe this doctor: DIRTY, DESTRUCTIVE, DANGEROUS.

Dr. Root and his staff are always compassionate and knowledgeable. I have been a patient for many years now. I did try another doctor but immediately came back to Dr. Root. It is worth the longer drive for me to see him.
