Dr. Jeffrey Scott Lombard, DO

Inital paperwork mailed to the wrong address and mailer was nasty about the aituation. Report of visit and outpatient surgery was never sent to primary care provider. Infection worsened to the point I was AFib during PreOp appointment a MONTH later and now am hospitalized. Doctor may be competant but the office staff is a hot mess.

Highly Recommended and very caring

This is the most honest, down to earth, straight-talking, and open-minded doctor I have ever known. He allows me to actively collaborate with him on my treatment, speaks with me as though I am a team-mate. Even though the general perception of me is as a "tough-guy" ... Doc saw through it and respectfully allowed me to be scared with dignity. He respects my "holistic" tendencies and gives me traditional options that are augmented with natural, holistic options, recommendations, and solid opinions on each. The staff is fantastic. They immediately recognize me when I get there and are sweet, facilitative, and down right pleasant. And his assistants are just as genuine as he. I am here almost six years later, my PSA has dropped from near 10.0 to 4.4 and I expect even better news in the future. I am planning on a new 20-to-30 year second career when I retire in a couple of years. That's right, I am making big plans. He listens like a friend and we talk about many things like two guys at a… ballgame, concert, or golf buddies [which surely makes my visits enjoyable and extremely reassuring]. I truly trust him and always will with my life ! ] He is an amazing doctor, and a genuinely good/wise soul. If you like a down to earth, non-elitist doctor ... This is your guy ... Thanks for everything you've done and for the peace of mind regarding my future ... Dr. Lombard is truly one of God's Best

On my very first visit to Dr. Lombard, I did have a long wait time and the fact that he only sees patients in the morning was a bummer for me. HOWEVER, he found CANCER in my bladder and he set up a Hospital Out Patient visit to get rid of it right away. I absolutely liked this Doctor, but he needs to replace ALL of his office staff! Now, 4 years have passed, and I have a letter that says I am being served with CERTIFIED MAIL, for I suppose a bill that I have never even seen? Like I said, he needs to replace his office staff, as I paid him in full each time I went to see him. To bad he doesn't read his own pages, or he would learn about his staff. Very unprofessional, and not honest with him.
