Dr. Stephanie Stillings

I saw Dr Stillings at the Westchase office. I was able to get an appnt within a month which is rare. The doctor is very nice and thorough, she explained my options well. I did have surgery and it worked well so I am thankful to the doctor for that. Her staff is awful. At my first visit after I was given a clipboard of papers (they send nothing for online check in) the receptionist is talking loudly to me in the waiting area asking me information that is private (i.e. insurance info, pharmacy info, allergies, etc). I was taken back in a decent amount of time and was not rushed during the appnt. Then to schedule surgery, no one called for a week. When they finally did Olga and I played phone tag for a few days. She was difficult to talk to, would not give me a straight answer when I asked what other dates were available when the first one she gave me was inconvenient. I took the date in the hopes I could make it work then a few days later called her because I needed a different date and… after 3 messages she would not call back. I emailed, no return email. My insurance needed CPT and ICD codes and she would not return their messages either. We all tried for an entire week to reach her or anyone that schedules surgeries but all you get is voicemail. After surgery I made my follow up appnt then needed to reschedule it. I had to leave a message to reschedule. I got no call back. I got a text thanking me for cancelling my appnt but no one has called to reschedule. I won't be returning to this place despite the doctor being good. I just cannot tolerate the incompetent staff.
