great doctor and staff. being my first son i was scared about the surgery. Dr. Hoover treated him as if he was his own son. the surgery and recovery was great!!

My son went through horrible pain, I paid $400 only for my son to still be uncircumcised. The ring fell off and his foreskin is still there. I thought maybe he'd grow into it. No. He's now 2 and the skin fused back. My son is completely uncircumcised at this time. This dr inflicted pain on a tiny baby, took wayyyy to much money for the type of technique he uses to circumsize let alone to not even do the job correctly. I'm beside myself at what to say or do. I feel horrible thinking about the pain I allowed my son to endure for absolutely nothing. Will need recommend this Dr. My pediatrician referred us and even she is so upset about the job done and the fact she referred us. So much, she says something about it every time I come in with my son for a well visit.

Absolutely horrible. He messed up on my sons circumcision and now he has an infections and it's not healing correctly. I am so upset that I cried. He cut it to deep and it bled to much and he had to wrap it up and now it's infected. I would never go again.

Doctor Hoover is like a father to my doughter he is a very special doctor I have nothing badly to say about him I have never met a doctor like him He is the reason my doughter is alive today. If you need a doctor doctor Hoover is the greatest.

Dr. Hoover is absolutely wonderful! His bedside manner is the best I have ever experienced. I can't say enough great things about him.

Office staff were not friendly! They act as though they hate their job!! The dr was nice.

My time is just as valuable as theirs.

My daugter has been seeing him for over a year and he is a very nice caring easygoing doctor. When I first met him I didnt like him but after a few more appts I have realized I was wrong. The staff is good about calling in refills. The only complaint I have is the ofice staff and making an appt they sometimes are a pain but if I tell him about it he takes care of it.
