Doctor is good. Everything else bad. I bet the doctor does not know that you cannot make a follow up appointment with her. Whoever checks the phone messages NEVER calls back. I am an established patient. Optum is horrible. Appointments, if you can get them, are an average 4 months in the future. You need a gyn? Go to Westchester or NYC. Dr. N. will lose many patients due to administrative incompetence.

Huge problems with caremount and ultimately this made what’s perhaps good about Novatt not good. Maybe it was bc she’s under a rushed schedule I don’t know but she dropped the ball several times with me and I tried very hard to make it work. It cost me financially and worse, bc I wasn’t helped. Had to go somewhere else. Read stuff she’s written maybe but don’t count on her, especially if she’s still at CAREMOUNT MEDICAL. Try calling them a few times- her office when you’re in very serious pain and see how that goes! and after the first time don’t stick around like I did FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR!

My first visit with her. She really listened. Very caring. Interested in helping to fix my problem in a way that works for me.

I went to Dr. Novatt for my first exam ever. I was beyond terrified of going to the gynecologist for the first time. She was very understanding and comforting to me. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a great doctor or anyone fearful of their first visit to the gynecologist. Five star doctor!

Sincere, caring, a connection with her patients

It takes a long time to get an appointment for routine exams, I had to book 5 months in advance for my routine pap. BUT the response is immediate for problems and concerns. She takes meticulous notes so even if you only see her once a year, she remembers your discussions and follows up on any concern previously mentioned, medical, personal or otherwise.
