Dr. Amy Tilara, MD

Dr. Tilara is such a caring, knowledgeable and expertise in her field. She also has excellent bedside manner, and I am very happy with my visits to her office especially procedures performed. She explains everything, the test results and provides education on your condition to maintain healthy. I referred my husband to Dr. Tilara when he needed exams done and he was extremely satisfied. Her staff is pleasant and professional. They also make sure you have your procedures if needed scheduled prior to leaving the office.

Extremely unreliable doctor. She never responds to patients messages. Take forever to share results with you. I had to call lab to get my results and then doctor wont discuss results until i called 10 times. I am not exaggerating, I called her office 10 times before a voice note was sent to me about my results. I had so much anxiety dealing with her. She also prescribed me a painkiller without any antacid (common knowledge to GI specialist). I finally decided to change the doctor and go to another place. I find her practice totally incompetent. Please save yourself from unnecessary anxiety and go to a more professional and competent doctor

Very knowledgeable and never rushes her patients. She is responsive to phone messages and is easy to talk to. Highly recommend Dr. Tilara if you are looking for a Gastro expert.

Dr. Tilara is an excellent Gastroenterologist, has an excellent bedside manner and I found her to be very smart, really knows what she is doing. Returns messages in a very timely manner. Her profile states that her speciality is Internal Medicine and that is wrong and needs to be changed. to Gastroenterology, as that is what she is.
