It was disturbing to hear someone leave such a negative comment about Dr. Vallerie. I worked with her for about 3 years in the Bronx satellite office and all her patients and staff loved her. She was very dedicated to her work and treated staff with respect.

This doctor does not treat her staff well. She expects miracles where she expects people to read her mind. She has no class to her name. She may have the diplomas to camouflage her faults, such as the language she uses to communicate with her staff and also her need to be waited on hand in foot. People will always notice the ugly in that, and in doing so will not feel comfortable with her as a doctor, etc. When a medical assistant makes a mistake, such as a blood specimen lableled incorrectly, she emails her administrative contacts and down talks about her helpers. She especially doesn't have respect for people she knows, much less the people she doesn't know. A doctor who hypocritically treats her staff like crap, is not a good doctor in my book. She needs to learn that her needs are not nearly as important as the needs of her patients. She needs to acquire language etiquette. I also observed how she "favors" some people, especially those who can do "favors" for her, materially… or information wise. Those are the ones she wants working with her. Forget about the honest , hard working ones who are there to help her in every way they can to "please" her. She has lack of empathy for her staff, and any doctor who lacks that, is not a good doctor in spirit. With all these reviews, that may seem good, there's always someone or a group of people who speak the truth.

I had the pleasure of meeting Dr, Vallerie at my daughter's 1st GYN visit and what started out as an uncomfortable experience,,, turned out to being another very special milestone. She was patient, informative, funny and her love for what she does is just amazing. I even found a few mom's in the waiting room that reassured me that we ( my daughter and I ) would absolutely LOVE her... and we did :)
