Dr. Andrew Ganeles, MD

In my search for a new PCP Dr Ganeles was recommended by a friend, I called his office and spoke with the receptionist about becoming a new patient, she asked for records to be sent over and that she would be in touch shortly to set up an appointment. Over the next few months I called the office and left messages asking for a call back, I did not receive a response to two voicemails and an email. I finally got lucky and the receptionist picked up the phone and said she will talk with the doctor and call back with an appointment. That evening I got an email from the doctor stating that he reviewed my medical history that i sent over and did not see a reason for me to have an appointment for at least year. Some how from reading my recent blood work he said "it seems that you are looking for a different kind of doctor and that he doesn't think his practice would be a good fit for me"... I can not leave a review to how good or bad the doctor is in respect to competence or knowledge but I… can say from experience... arrogant and very unprofessional.

Dr Ganeles is 'OUTSTANDING' as my doctor.
