Dr. Andrew Ira Fishman, MD

Dr. Fishman has little or no bedside manner and seemed very uncomfortable during my initial [and what will be my only] visit to him. When asked questions, I would be given technical answers -- which were not explained when I asked. When I told him that he seemed uncomfortable, he was unphased by this and kept doodling on a diagram he'd drawn for me. Doodling. His 'fellow' stood by creepily until I had to ask what he was doing there the entire time, although he was taking notes in a laptop. But worst of all, based on little or no evidence or a proper diagnosis, he talked to me like I had cancer the entire time .Very poor indeed.

This is my first visit. He was very clear with what you wanted to know and how and what to do. He seems very approachable. overall I give him the thumbs up. I would recommend him to my friends and anyone who has similar problems i have.

my visit was comfortable, felt at ease with the receptionist; setting up needed tests. Dr Fishman explained results and his examination was thorogh, always feel at ease as his patient

Little waiting. Easy paperwork. Great demeanor. Great communication. Seemed very confident and competant

Best doctor in queens!!! Had surgery done with Dr. Fishman and had the best medical care. If you need to see a urology specialist I recommend Dr. Fishman.
