I recently underwent shoulder surgery and I must say that Dr. Parker is highly skilled His expertise and knowledge in this field is exceptional. I saw Dr. Parker for a second opinion for a gluteus minimus repair. He was the nicest, more personable doctor I have seen! He took is time time explain my MRI results, the procedure that I was facing, did a thorough exam. He took the time to go over all of this with me in layman's terms. I almost wish he could have performed arthroscopic repair just because of his bedside manner. I would 100% go back.

I have been going to Dr Parker for knee osteoarthritis since 2011 and more recently to deal with a meniscus tear in opposite knee. He provided their alternatives and we determined surgery was best option. I am healing from the surgery now and OrthoVirginia did a great job soothing fears pre and post op and was able to start physical therapy days later with really good results. Dr. Parker is top notch. I went to him for some help with vague mobility issues, specifically related to running, as he had previously done a surgery on the opposite hip to correct an impingement (as testament to work, I was back on my feet and pain free in very little time). While explaining my symptoms in layman's terms, he very quickly and accurately deduced what I was trying to convey. He is both knowledgeable and personable and was able help me sort out an issue I've been struggling with for quite some time.

Dr Parker takes the time to listen to your concerns. He explains in a simple and clear way, the problem and the treatment options. Scheduling my procedure was easy. The check in and check out system is very efficient.
