At a yearly exam who I had to have with the NP, Tina Ransom, because Dr. Tillery was out of the office. That visit led to an ultrasound. It took over a week for anyone to return my call/messages. I was then sent for an MRI and found that I had a 7 cm mass. Not knowing if this was a fibroid or cancer was a very scary time. Being ghosted by your Dr was beyond frustrating, no one would return any call or message and still has not to this day 4 months later. Dr. Tillery and her staff have a responsibility to care for patients no matter what is going on. A simple phone call or message would have avoided a lot of stress and frustration. Absolutely DO NOT recommend this office. Doesn't matter how nice they may be, in a time of need, you will be ignored.

I am having issues 3 months post-op. When I requested an exam, Dr. Tillery told me to get a 2nd opinion because clearly I didn't trust her when she said i was fine. She didn't exam me. Told me to see someone else.

I have been a patient of Dr. Tillery since she first opened her practice. I was referred to her after my second miscarriage, and she has been an absolutely wonderful physician. She handled two of my pregnancies, and has performed a number of surgical procedures on me due to endometriosis. She is kind, witty, compassionate, competent, and very authentic. Dr. Tillery takes the time to get to know her patients and you will get to know her well, too. I have referred countless friends and co-workers to her because, to me, she defines what a doctor should be. I will never forget how she came in on her off day just to deliver my daughter; or the times she knew I was dealing with painful cysts and she called me at home to check on how I was feeling. Not once have I felt put off, dismissed or ignored by Dr. Tillery or her staff. She is best of the best! If I could give "bedside manner" ten thousand stars, that wouldn't even be enough.
