He does not listen. I was nervous. I asked him to be very conservative a take minimal skin so my lid is just above my lashes. I had Eurasian eyes. My lids are now sunken. He cut uneven and also cut into my epicanthic fold. I know longer look like my Eurasian self. I’m devastated. Do not trust him.

This monkey with a med license decided to use a cauterizer instead of a scalpel to remove a simple mucocele from the lower lip and ended up doing way more damage and causing way more recovery-agony than necessary. When you are cutting people open, come to work with your head on straight or maybe stop practicing if you keep having lapses in judgment.

This doctor is very aggressive he will leave permanent damage to your face and eyes. Nothing natural about his surgery. I regret ever having this done.

Dr. Almonte did a full face/neck/eye procedure for me 4 years ago. Other than some scarring at the hairline that I didn't expect, I was/am thrilled with the results. The scarring has faded and is completely coverable with makeup. Will be visiting him again for continued 'maintenance'

Dr. Almonte performed a lower face lift for me almost 5 months ago. The results are great! He is the kindest Doctor. He listens and cares about you and your results. I feel very fortunate to have had surgery by him. His staff is great, too. Thank You so much for such an excellent success!

He can't even do Botox, I got lumps and a black eye. He shoul get - stars.

I had surgery from Dr Arnold Alamonte. He has absolutely no eye for symmetry. After aging for 6 years around his surgery my eyes are completely uneven. One more open than the other. It looks like I was punched in one eye. Furthermore at the time of surgery he attached one ear lobe and left the other one detached. I have marks and scars all over the sides of my face. When trying to get some of these things fixed he only made them worse. Please save your face and don't go to him.

I had a face/neck/brow lift about 2 years ago and am very satisfied. I need some filler around my lip area, as some the area has relaxed. My neck area looked like a Charpai [wrinkly dog] and now I do not have to wear a scarf or turtleneck to hide the wrinkles. At 76 years of age Dr. Almonte made me look younger, but very natural. I'm so grateful. I have also learned to take much better care of my skin. I have had good results in reducing my age/sun spots. Life is good!

This guy butchered my face. He needs to be imprisoned. He's no plastic surgeon. I bet he can't even carve a turkey. He's ruined my life leaving scars all over and causing my eye to constantly weep.

In response to the "Run the other way" comment that is posted, I do not believe this is from an actual patient. My best friend had a tummy tuck and lipo done with Dr. Almonte and he did an amazing job. I had wanted to get a tummy tuck for years but did not have the nerve to do it. After meeting Dr. Almonte and seeing the results and process through my friends experience I felt very confident choosing Dr Almonte to perform my tummy tuck. His prices are very good I had considered doing it a couple of years earlier but I chickened out and that Dr wanted 3k more than what Dr. Almonte charged. Not that you should go with a cheap Dr. but I feel he was very skilled and affordable. I did my research on him and found no complaints files and a great rating with BBB so I do not believe the bad comment I mentioned above is legit. I am so happy with my results and know I got a great deal as well and I would highly recommend Dr. Almonte....Also he picks a great crew to work with him. I was… very nervous to be out to sleep for the first time but as soon as I met the anesthesiologist I felt very relaxed she was very sweet and reassuring and it was a good experience all the way around.
