Dr. Arnold Cuenca, DO

Dr. Cuenca is incredibly professional and efficient. He’s a quick thinker, yet always thorough and detail-oriented in his approach. I never feel rushed during appointments: he takes the time to listen and consistently offers helpful, thoughtful suggestions. His care feels both intelligent and compassionate, which I truly appreciate.

Truly listens to his patients and then offers his advice and expertise. Spends time talking with me and offers different options for solutions to any of my health issues.

I appreciate that Dr. Cuenca gives information supporting my concern, does not judge, gives suggestions, does not dismiss my concerns, does try to talk me out of a test, and keeps things realistic.

Everyone was so caring, respectful and genuine with my health concerns. I am blessed and grateful to find such an excellent Primary Care Physician and Staff!!!

I just took my 80 year old mother, who suffers from dementia - amongst other things, to see Dr. Cuenca for the first time. He had already researched her previous care and was ready for the four things I wanted to address. He was prepared, thoughtful and patient. If you are fortunate enough to have him as your doctor, you know what I'm talking about. I, literally, could not ask for a better doctor for my mother.

Be aware. Too eager to refer to specialists and unnecessary testing. Not a doctor I would see again

I'm a 28 year old male with a long history of serious medical issues. At age 3 I was diagnosed with rare form of liver cancer that spread to my heart. I only had about a 10% survival rate. After open heart surgery, a major liver resection and 2 years of chemotherapy and experimental treatments I was cancer free at age 5. At age 9 I diagnosed with an extremely rare autoimmune kidney disease. I was treated with chemotherapy along with other medication treatments. Basically, my kidneys only functions at about 65-70%. This will be a life time battle for me. At some point my kidneys will stop working. Due to all the chemotherapy I live with many side effects and take a fair amount of medications. Once I turned 26 I had to get my own medical insurance. This was scary because on my parents insurance all my doctors (I see 5 specialist) knew me and and my history. I had great care. From my first visit with Dr. Cuenca he was so compassionate and thorough. I walked out of his office with a… request for extensive blood work and referals to see all 5 specialists. His office called me because Dr. Cuenca wanted me to come in so that he could go over the results with me. Whenever I have to call his office they are so kind efficient. I've seen and currently see many doctors. Dr. Cuenca is definitely one of the best along with his office staff. He does an amazing job managing my care. I am so grateful to have him as my doctor!!

I have never met a more compassionate and patient doctor. I had a list of things I wanted to talk about and he took the time to listen and work with me. Probably one of the nicest doctors I have ever met.
