Dr. Asher Chaim Goldstein, MD

I've been a patient for many years with many problems. Dr. Goldstein has helped me in more ways that I can mention. He has not given up on me when many other doctors would have. A former reviewer said he speaks to other doctors about you. This is only with your permission when he calls a specialist to try to get answers for you. The first time you see him you may have to wait a long time. That's because he talks to everyone at length to learn about their situation. He will give you that much time when it's your turn and you will appreciate that he's not rushing you out the door. Bring something to do the first few times you see him. Once you see him a few times, you'll be able to see his PA who is also excellent and will implement his plans. She always runs on time so there will be no wait.

He is extremely arrogant, and doesn't know his butt from his elbow. He's also a liar. Go to anyone else, because you would have a better chance of getting well on your own.

I CALLED & LEFT A MESSAGE FOR A RETURN PHONE CALL FOR 3 DAYS WITH NO RETURN CALL. THE OFFICE IN TEANECK HAS ONLY A MESSAGE SAYING LEAVE A MESSAGE. THERE IS NO ANSWERING SERVICE IN WHCIH TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE. ON THE 4TH DAY I CALLED AGAIN SAYING I WAS IN TERRIBLE PAIN & NEEDED TO SEE HIM. AGAIN NO RETURN CALL. I WAS ABLE TO GET AN APPOINTMENT WITH MY INTERNIST WHO WAS ABLE TO RELIEVE MY PAIN. FOUR DAYS LATER STILL NO RETURN CALL. I DECIDED TO CALL THE OFFICE IN NY TO SEE WHAT THEY HAD TO SAY ABOUT WHY I RECEIVED NO CALL BACK. I RECEIVED NO APOLOGY OR EXPLANATION BUT ONLY ONE WORD "OK" , TO THIS DATE I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED A PHONE CALL. JUST A WARNING TO ANYONE THINKING ABOUT USING THIS DOCTOR.

dr goldstein is the most caring and compassionate dr. Ive never experienced a doctor as dedicated to helping me in not only easing my pain but making life liveable again. he is both a great doctor as he is a great man. your comfort while being treated seems one of his number one priority.

Thanks dr Goldstein my husband doesnt have to go back for more injections he is really good, doesnt still money from insurance like other drs which charge a lot of money and wants you to back the office a lot of time he is not that kind of Drs.I recommended him for treatments and examens.THANKS DOCTOR!Be the same dont changed, dont be like others drs only "MONEY" money is not everything....

DO NOT GO HERE. Dr. Asher Goldstein is a terrible doctor. He discusses your private info with collegues and other doctors outside of his practice. He is not good at what he does and is not skilled at administering cortizone shots or epidurals. If you value your body, flexibility, privacy, health, you will find another pain management specialist.
