Dr. Khosravi is certainly pleasant and professional, and seems highly knowledgeable about her field of medicine. However, I had many questions about my next course of treatment, and Dr. Khosravi did not provide an opportunity for me to ask those questions or engage in two-way patient-doctor discourse about the options, risks, benefits, or even any information I needed to know while being on the new drug she settled upon as my next course of treatment. A Google search afterwards revealed critical information to me that Dr. Khosravi did not provide me with at all. She was standing up and walking out the door (literally) while I was still sitting with my list of questions. She never even asked me if I understood everything discussed or if I had any questions. She simply made the decision and then decided when we were finished, and off she went. I was supposed to get a blood draw afterwards, and I sat in the exam room for about 10 minutes because I didn't realize I was supposed to go to a… separate lab rather than have a nurse come to the exam room to do the blood draw.I would certainly consider recommending Dr. Khosravi due to her medical knowledge; she clearly seems to be an extremely sharp and knowledgeable endocrinologist. But my recommendations would come with caveats and reservations. And that really saddens me, because I do like Dr. Khosravi.
