Dr. Lazio is an amazing doctor and I always received great care at the neurology clinic. It is a shame that you are closing it.

Dr Lazio is an amazing asset for her clinic and it's upsetting that providence is getting rid of their neurosurgery clinic

Dr Lazio and all doctors receptionist medical assistance of Providence neurosurgery were prompt very professional and gave me the best care I could have wished for I think each and every one of them for their professionalism honesty and commitment to my health and I truly wish they would not close this office down

Receptionist helped us update our insurance information. Dr. Lazio provided additional medical information to my other medical providers which was extremely helpful.

I was experiencing a spinal headache. From the front desk staff, MA, Nurses, and Dr. Lazio were all extremely accommodating and understanding to my limitations. I needed to lay flat so they made sure I was comfortable in the room in that position and was examined as much as possible in the prone position and only elevated when needed for Neuro exam. For the first time, I felt seen as a person and listened to for my needs. Dr. Lazio & her team getting me in for a blood patch that day honestly saved my life. I was in pure agony.
