My vist with Dr. Wachs was wonderful. He was professional and caring as well as extremely informative. He and his staff were concerned and well versed. I don't know who wrote some of the reviews but thank heavens I don't read or act on everything I read. As an English teacher and someone who has has many doctors' visits, I give Dr. Sachs and his staff an A plus most definitely.

Call to make an appointment and staff was accommodating to my schedule. Dr Wachs is a wonderful experience Urologist. He was very informative and eager to resolve my issue.

He just kept prescribing many different pills over a two year period, none of which helped. I guess that's why he has so many pill posters hanging around his office.

A great caring supportive doctor. If you need help in distress he will do everything he can, including weekends. he is easy personally, informal, humorous, and a great physician who has seen me through tough spots.....now I have no urological worries

Horrible! Worst office staff in history! Made a reversal surgery appt with the Dr, took vacation from work, drove in from out of town only to find it was all in vain. The surgery center had no idea about the appt, the Dr wasn't there and had forgot, and he tried to use his office as a scape goat despite the fact I comfirmed the appt date and time with him PERSONALLY the day prior to the appt! And what was offered to me in compensation for his incompetency? Absolutely NOTHING! This did not instill much confidence with me to have the Dr perform surgey on my testicals, so I am finding another Dr. After all of this I decided to research reviews on the Dr which confirmed I made the right decision. He's had very low, scary reviews. Sounds more like a fly by the seat of his pants kinda Dr. Not who I want handling my delicate manhood!

Dr. Wachs may be a fine doctor, but his staff is not only on the answer phone system and fail to even return calls, they are the rudest plople I have ever dealt with. Will never go back!
