Is arrogant, lacks compassion, does not care about anyone's life situation, downright refuses to call a patient back, says she will do something to help in your care and then does not do it, lied to my face.

I was not one to visit a doctor unless it was life threatening illness or injury. Doctor Souder changed that for me. She is courteous, knowledgable, and takes time to explain diagnosis and what is required of me (prescription, PT, follow-up etc.) She is a doctor that really cares about her patients. Office staff is pleasant and polite. Responds quickly to requests for referrals, and reporting your lab results. Would highly recommend.

Dr. Souder is very friendly, yet professional. She listens and is very kind. I don't remember ever seeing her without a smile. Even though I don't like going for appointments, she does all she can to make it comfortable.

I have been seeing Dr Souder for years. She is always thorough and polite. She looks out for my health and well being. I highley recommend her to anyone deserving of a great doctor.

I went years without seeing a doctor, not because of lack of insurance but because I didn't want to deal with assembly line medicine (my former dr's practice.) I have had no problem at all with Dr. Souder; it's usually easy to set an appointment, as long as you're not looking for an evening slot. I never felt rushed and never sat more than 10 minutes in the waiting room. Her assistant, Missy, is extremely friendly and responsive as well. She always calls promptly with lab results or answers to phone/email inquiries. I can recommend her without reservation.
