Dr. Bernadette Ann Kelly, MD

Read all reviews on all platforms. This doctor does not care about her patients She believes everyone should be treated the same way. With no care. I am legally disabled and have not been treated for over a year for my pre existing diagnosis. I have not been able to function or complete any daily task. My family including my son has suffered due to this doctor not treating existing disabilities. I have also now have had further injuries that were never addressed that cannot be fixed because of this doctor taking no action on medical concerns.

I saw her once to get established and for her to fill out some paperwork. She was not shy about telling me she wants to cancel a prescription I have had since high school and didn't care to ask for my opinion on it. She won't explain medical terms to you if you don't understand. Refuses to refill prescriptions you need to function and won't let you know why, she just stops. I have never felt so disrespected and unimportant to a doctor or anyone in my life. She does not care about what you need just about her own opinion. I will NOT be returning to her ever.

Dr kelly I the worst doctor that I ever had in all my sixty years. She made me suffer a whoke weekend with a server bladder infection because she would no give me antibiotic. She wanted me to use over the counter meds nothing worked. So finally after practically bebging she perscribed an antibiotic. Later at another dare sge ordered lab work and i asked for cholesterol and other text and her and we was Medicare won't pay and since I haven't had any problems with that for many years I don't need that. I could go o and on but I will stop but I just want all of you to be aware. I hope she cares for her parents better than her patients

She does not like older people, she says things in a way that is very uncomfortable. She doesn't answer your messages in fact, she has scolded me for writing to her. She makes me feel like, oh well you lived a long life etc.i am upset and looking for another doctor but not a UC. Any seniors going to her good luck. Sure miss Dr, Randolf she was wonderful.

She is the best doctor my family and I have ever had. She listens to your concerns and pays attention to how you're feeling. She takes time to answer questions and never rushes. She is incredible and so is her staff!

Dr. Kelly is a great doctor. After years with a "take this pill" doctor, my husband found her. She takes time with me, every visit. And if I have questions later (I always seem to forget to ask something, unless I take a list) she always answers them by email - usually within a couple hours. She delivered my baby boy and her bedside manner was very calming and comforting when I was a nervous wreck. I recommend early morning appointments because she does like to take time with each patient. But a short wait is worth seeing Dr Kelly, in my book!

Dr, Kelly refuses to sign disabled parking placcard forms for anybody who is not wheelchair bound.

She was a very horrible dr, she overdiagnosed me and would not refer me out when needed since she could not figure out what was wrong with me. I would NEVER go to her again, if you want to live, do no go to her, if your really sick dont go to her, by the time she figures out whats wrong with you, it may be to late!!!

Went in because my leg had severe discoloration and distended veins. She didn't even look at it and kept arguing about everything. She had a very impolite attitude. In the end she prescribed Tylenol...Maybe she should start off her assessment of a problem by looking at the problem itself instead of arguing about everything.

Dr.Kelly is by far the most considerate, time-taking, great bed side manners, actually cares and follows up quite quickly
