Wonderful experience with Dr Chinn. He is a warm, and wonderful surgeon. I arrived from a trip to the ER and he took great care of me. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. During the following days and weeks he and his team were responsive and available when I had questions. I highly recommend becoming his patient!

Do not go here if you are not a classic textbook case. This doctor doesn’t have the time or patience to deal with someone who may have a problem that is out of the ordinary. Insensitive and basically told me to go to the ER for a problem that can be handled by an office visit. Also I felt disrespected and not taken seriously when I’m dealing with constant pain. He basically couldn’t answer any of my questions. Unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend this doctor .

Doctor Chinn operated on me 3 month ago. My recovery was amazingly speedy, felt good after 2 weeks. Had a Colon Resection. Prior to my operation he took 1 hour explaining to me about my conditional and about the procedure. He is very caring and kind. I would recommend him to everyone.

I had a surgery way back 10 years ago. Dr. Chinn did the operation surgery for my case and was done an excellent job. More important he took care of my medical concerns during my tough time due to in job switching and medical coverage was out-of-network. He said to me "your health is my primary concern and what I care about, so do you. I will take care of billing issue." After surgery, I have been done so many follow-ups. He is just so kind and caring doctor, and the best friend to me. I have referral many friends to him. They all agree he is the best and kind doctor they've ever met. Dr. Chinn, thank you from the bottom of my heart.

EXCELLENT DOCTOR , SURGEON AND HUMAN BEING. I HAD MY COLLON REMOVED 26 YRS AGO. I STILL VISIT DR. CHINN EVERY 2 YRS TO CHECK EVERY THING IS OK MY COLON POUCH.

My experience with Dr Chin has been nothing but exceptional he is one of the kindest caring doctors ever I see him annually due to my condition His reassuring presence is there prior to my procedure and your smiling face is there at the end of my procedure ??

He took all the time to listen to my questions & Concerns . He called my wife from the waiting room, to make sure we all understood what the plan of care would be. I was even surprised to get a call from an unlisted number, when I answered it was Dr Chinn (on vacation) checking on me & scheduling my next appointment in his office closer to my home. I can't thank him enough. He coordinates with my medical oncologist to determine when the optimum time for surgery (Colectomy) is feasible.

The doctor and his staff does not care about his patients. Staff is extremely rude. they make you feel as if you are just lucky to get a call back.

Dr Chin is by far the best. He makes you feel at ease with your condition and gives you total confidence in the results of surgery should you need it. The first visit I had with him he stayed in the office 1 hour after the office closed to meet with my wife and myself. How many Doctors would do that. He cares !! Not just a job.
