Dr. Beverley Boyden Clary III, MD

Dr. Clary always listens and works to resolve any issue. I wish more doctors were caring and concerned the way he is. Most could learn a lot from him. Dr. Clary is up to date on the latest procedures, approaches, etc. He works to help you understand the option/s and provides you with real life examples. He is honest in saying what may happen or not and if he has seen an issue arise before with the topic at hand. He has had to perform an emergency surgery on myself in the past and I always keep that in mind when he is running late. He is an OB so we need to take that into account as babies work on their own time. It makes me sad to see complaints about him running late. Because if you were that emergency patient you would be grateful that he put your emergency first instead of just going to the office. Pelvic floor issues and bladder issues have caused many problems over the years and he listens and explains everything in detail. Maybe you do not want to try the first approach before… the second or third but there is a reason for it so trust him! Sometimes it is because of insurance requirements or they will not cover. (Step therapy with insurance companies can be a real pain.)

The main point of this review is to let people know I suffer severe pain since my surgery with him and that my intuition upon meeting him said something was not right. This is my truth and my perspective. Before he performed my surgery I went from having severe ovulation/uterus pain from ovulation to my period and after surgery I have had chronic severe pain (that was a different type) I have been fighting for years. Something happened during that surgery-I don't know if he was aware or not. I cannot prove that he did damage me; however, I regret meeting him so much. It’s years later and over 25 grand in costs still trying to fix the pain. At 1st he came across as a person who might be able to help, but I did notice he seemed a bit overly caffeinated in his energy. At one point (before the laparoscopy ablation surgery and ovary removal) I made an urgent appointment, bags packed, in case I needed to be admitted. I was worried due to bad pain. After I explained my situation he said I… sounded like a drug seeking patient. That blew my mind. It was insulting and I it oddly made me feel embarrassed for telling him how I felt. (I 100% did not want nor did I ask for pain medication. I thought maybe a cyst had burst.) I had an intuitive vibe to leave his care but I was desperate for pain relief, so I did not. After surgery, he explained in my follow up that he messed up the biopsies but was sure I had endo. He also did not remove all of my ovaries. I do not know if that is common, but the next surgery I had (more endo found) the surgeon had to finish the removal of ovaries. The healing did not feel right. His reply during follow up was that it might be normal. He mentioned Lupron or getting a hysterectomy. The pain continued and I did not feel comfortable going back to him. To this day (3 surgeries later that all helped a bit) I regret his surgery and I do think (cannot prove) that if I had never met him I would likely be okay. Please take this review as my story only, but I would never waste my time leaving a review like this unless I truly cared about wanting to prevent this from happening to others. I did go on to find out I have adenomyosis and had to get a hysterectomy. But my pain after surgery with him remains to this day.

I can't say enough good things about my beloved Dr. Clary, both my husband and I found ourselves missing our visits after our children were born.

I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about this man. He is so caring and puts the effort into building patient/doctor relationships. (I almost want to keep him a secret - but that's my selfish side). Dr. Clary has a real interest in his patient's health and overall well being. I have never felt more comfortable and trusting of a doctor. I can talk to him about anything and he treats me like a human being (a friend, really) and not a number. The only reason he would score anything other than a 4 star on promptness is because of the time he spends with patients when they need him. I can wait a few extra minutes for someone as great as Dr. Clary because I know he'll also spend that time with me if I need it!

I can not say enough about the Dr Clary his Bedside Manner he cares truly for his patience. He listens and spends time with you no matter what the problem is . He solves the problem . I had a hysterectomy and thank God Dr Clary was my surgeon. He is the BEST ! Always has and Accurate Diagnosis , I have been going to him for over 4 yrs. I recommend him to every one I meet . You will always get a call back from his nurse. No matter how busy they are his patience are his priority. I am glad he is young so he will be practicing many more years..

Doctors don't get any better than this guy! He is awesome!

I can not say enough how wonderful Dr Clary is. My husband and I instantly liked Dr Clary and grew to love him more and more the longer we have seen him. He delivered both of my children and I couldn't have been happier with my prenatal care, deliveries, and follow up care!

I have been visiting with Dr. Clary for about 9 years now and have only had positive experiences with him. I have also recommended him to several of my friends and family and they are all just as satisfied. Not only is the office staff pleasant but I know I can go to Dr. Clary about ANYTHING!! I highly recommend him to anyone!!
