Came to this clinic for an initial colonoscopy screening referral from the VA. From the clinical staff who took me to my room and took my vitals, the anesthesiologists, the nurses and everyone involved with the procedure, Dr. Patel and his entire clinical team was amazing. The front desk staff however, not so much and needs customer service training. Came inside @1205 to check in and first thing the lady said was I’m not ready for you until 1215, not even a hello or how can I help you. Other than that, the visit went really well.

I have had a few procedures with Dr Patel, and all have been great experiences. The staff has always been very professional, considerate, and accommodating. I am very happy with the care and treatment I receive, and will continue to have Dr Patel as my gastroenterologist.
