Dr. Gandolfi is an extremely talented surgeon with all the characteristics required of an outstanding practitioner. He is intelligent, conscientious, creative, and demonstrates great compassion towards his patients. During my consult, Dr. Gandolfi patiently listened as I explained the agonizing years of not being able to breathe properly, and the unattractive appearance that ensued from a past accident. He genuinely and attentively took note of all that I hoped for in the outcome of the procedure. This included a challenging request for bettering both nasal function and aesthetics. Dr. Gandolfi performed a complex 6.5 hour reconstructive procedure where he harvested cartilage from my rib to restructure my nose. The results were remarkable and I honestly couldn't be happier with the outcome. Dr. Gandolfi was able to significantly improve my breathing while creating a very attractive and natural look. A striking balance between form and function! After the procedure, Dr. Gandolfi… personally contacted me twice to assess my condition. He advised on best practice for minimizing pain and promoting recovery. I even directly called Dr. Gandolfi on his day off for questions to which he patiently and nobly answered. 3 days ago I have been a patient of Dr. Gandolfi for several years and there is no other plastic surgeon that I would feel comfortable entrusting my care with. He is trustworthy, compassionate, and person centered and has given me amazing results with each procedure I've had without question - 1. Lipo 360/BBL/Fat transfer - This was the first procedure I've had with Dr. Gandolfi. I went to several other plastic surgeons for a consult prior to Dr. Gandolfi and I knew right away he was the doctor for me. He is extremely straightforward and honest in his consults so you never have to do any second guessing with him. Throughout the recovery process Dr. Gandolfi was very responsive and hands on and cared immensely that I was comfortable and recovering properly. The results were also immeasurable. I have never been more confident in my body and it is extremely natural looking - most people think I lost weight the old fashioned way! The only regret I have with this procedure is that I didn't… do it sooner - best money I ever spent! 2. Botox/Filler - I go to Dr. Gandolfi for botox and filler and what I love about him is that he does the injecting himself which is rare in a lot of offices, who typically have a nurse or PA do the injecting and I'm not into that. Dr. Gandolfi is precise and has given me seamless results every time. He is also extremely honest and trust worthy. He will not inject you for a buck if it is not in your best interest. His absolutely focus is the well being of the patient. I get botox to correct an asymmetrical smile (from other surgeries I've had with other doctors for different medical ailments) and Dr. Gandolfi is the only doctor that has given me symmetry and confidence in my smile. I have also gotten filler in my lips, chin, jaw, and nose and have gotten seamless results from him. 3. Facial Laser Resurfacing - I got the laser resurfacing with Dr. Gandolfi a little after I got my Lipo and he once again provided wonderful results. My facial skin had a lot of sun spots, rosacea, and uneven complexion which was absolutely corrected after this procedure. Well worth it the smooth and wonderful complexion it left me! 4. Breast Reconstruction - After all of the other procedures I had with Dr. Gandolfi it was only natural that I went to him for my breast reconstruction after getting seamless results with everything else. To say Dr. Gandolfi will be your partner in this is an understatement. He worked closely with my breast surgeon (even finding me the right one) and was there with me the entire step of the way. My breasts look extremely natural and wonderful now, which I already knew was the case given what I've seen of Dr. Gandolfi's talent. But what was great is that Dr. Gandolfi was extremely caring, compassionate, and responsive. He never left my side throughout the process and made an uncomfortable time in my life bearable and comfortable and I'll be forever grateful to him for that. 5. Lumps/Bumps - Dr. Gandolfi has also removed some general cysts on my body along the way and the process of scheduling and removing was again extremely seamless, convenient, and comfortable. 6. Advice/Questions - Dr. Gandolfi has always answered my questions or concerns without question. He is extremely approachable and will always give you straightforward advice. His trustworthiness is unlike any other! He has also referred. me to other surgeons for other ailments not related to his expertise and my experience was wonderful with them as well. I always feel comfortable that no matter what if I ask Dr. Gandolfi a question he will provide me with the right answers or direct me to someone who will. I trust no-one else but him! 7. Ambiance: Visits to Dr. Gandolfi are super fun. He and his assistant are fun to talk to and the time always passes by quickly when I'm at my appointments. The process of scheduling is also seamless! I just e mail his assistant and she answers me within the hour with dates and times. Most convenient PS there is! Dr. Gandolfi is amazing and I'm so grateful to have met him.

Dr. Gandolfi is an excellent plastic surgeon. He is very thorough and knowledgeable in what he does. In DEC2017, the backing of my right earring was stuck inside my ear lobe. I was in Portugal at the time and I couldn't get it out. I called Dr. Gandolfi's office and I was able to get an appointment right away. I have a history of keloidal scar, so not only did Dr. Gandolfi did a great job in the removal of my earring, but he also took the time to educate me on keloidal scar and tips that I can do on my own to prevent the scar like to wear a keloid pressure earring a few hours a day. This is going to sound strange, but in DEC2018, yes, one year later, I was in Barcelona, and the pearl of my left earring fell off and I couldn't get the earring off. By touching my ear lobe, Dr. Gandolfi suspected that the base that held the pearl was embedded inside my ear lobe. Well, he was right. Thank you Dr. Gandolfi for removing the foreign body from my ear lobes.
