Bradley A. Jabour M.D. is a nationally recognized neuroradiologist with more than 20 years of
experience in research, academic and clinical arenas. Under his leadership Medical Imaging
Center of Southern California has grown over the last decade into the leading outpatient imaging
facilities on the Westside.
Dr. Jabour was Professor and Chief of Neuroradiology at UCLA Health Science Center (V.A.
Medical Center) after having completed his neuroradiology fellowship at UCLA. He completed
his residency in radiology at University of Southern California after having completed an
internship in internal medicine at Tulane University.
Dr. Jabour has authored more than 40 peer review research articles on neuroradiology, head and
neck radiology, as well as chapters in leading text books. Dr. Jabour’s research pioneered new
techniques in cancer imaging in the head and neck, both MR and CT vascular imaging, as well as
breakthroughs in spine imaging.
Dr. Jabour has gained national recognition …having developed a new technique using CT coronary
angiography to advance the diagnosis and management of coronary artery disease.
A dynamic lecturer and teacher, he is a sought after speaker at universities and conferences
around the world. Dr. Jabour has received several national honors and awards and a Certificate
of Merit from The Radiological Society of North America (RSNA) for his research on PET and
head and neck imaging.
Dr. Jabour also is an active member of numerous professional societies, including the American
Medical Association, the Radiological Society of North America, the California Radiology
Society, the American Society of Head and Neck Radiology and the Society for Spine Radiology.
He also is a senior member of the American Society of Neuroradiology.
Dr. Jabour, a native of South Africa where he was a competitive tennis and rugby player has
lived in Santa Monica for 20 years. He continues his passion for fitness gravitating towards the
perfect yoga position.
