Aside from pain during and since my Vasectomy, I suspect Urology Clinics of NT is systematically over-collecting for office visits. Patient arrives, the centralized billing office dictates that patient has not met deductible or that doc is out of network, and patient must overpay or cancel appointment. Clinics overbook patients, and gladly watch diligent patients walk away. This 20 clinic group is pushing envelope with aggressive billing - if you value your time and $, avoid this group.

Dr Feagins listened to my concerns and clearly explained his recommendations. I didn't feel rushed at all.

I love Dr. Feagins! Have been seeing him for years. He is great, ad his staff is very organized and professional. Can't recommend him enough!

I would highly recommend Dr.Feagins, after years of being mis-diagnosed and treatments that did not solve the problem I saw Dr.Feagins. Dr. Feagins gave me the right diagnosis and a cure !Finaly, I am fine !

Can't say enough wonderful things about this doctor. He saved my life! He took on my case and was willing to get to the bottom of things when no one else would or cared enough too. He listened to me and what I was feeling and got to the source of the problem when so many other doctors just didn't care or were afraid to take me on cause my case was a hot mess as a result of another doctors horrible mistake. He was the only urologist I could find who wasn't afraid of my case. He said don't worry we will get to the bottom of this and get you well. Which he did even though it meant me losing my kidney at 28,but we had no choice cause all the other options had not worked. He even brought one of his practice partners on for my surgery because he wanted two sets of eyes due to what had happened to me in the beginning. He felt two sets were better than one with what my previous complications had been that had now resulted in me losing my kidney. Dr. Feagins cares about everyone of his patients… as do his practice partners because they have all operated on me now. Some of it for emergency surgery. He has wonderful beside manner and takes the time to go over everything with you and answer all your questions. There are far and few in between doctors that are like him. Which is sad. He is wonderful and so is his staff. He is also great at working with your other doctors as a big team on treating you and making sure everyone is on the same page with your care and treatment. I can't say enough good things about him. He restored some of my trust back into doctors after one doctor had destroyed all faith and trust I had in doctors by what he had done or lack there of. Once again this man saved my life. He gave me back my life. Yes it's forever changed since i now only have one kidney at 31, but he stays on top of everything to make sure we keep this kidney healthy. He truly cares about his patients and views them as a person and not just a number like so many doctors do these days. I can't recommend him or even one of his practice partners enough. They are all amazing.

Dr. Feagins is an exceptional and caring physician. I initially met him by chance in the emergency room and chose to continue with him after receiving what I found to be the highest quality of kind and thorough care. His staff is also very pleasant to deal with and I have never waited more than 5 minutes, if that for an appointment. I am very glad to have found Dr. Feagins and recommend him highly to anyone in need of a urologist.
