Dr. Larkin deserves 5 stars and more... he is a skiiled and compassionate surgeon. The combination of competent and kind is not that easy to find. He listens to his patients, explains things well, and involves them in decisions about any treatment he suggests. I would highly recommend him to anyone experiencing knee or hip issues.

Dr Larkin replaced my right hip in mid-November and the outcome has been excellent. He did a spot-on job explaining what the procedure would entail and what to expect post op. It’s been four weeks since the operation and I’ve been walking unassisted for over two weeks. With the exception of some quad and IT band tightness I’ve been essentially pain free. Both of these conditions are improving daily. I’ve been faithful to rehabbing everyday which Dr Larkin explained pre-op was a big part of a successful recovery. He and his entire team have been wonderful throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Dr Larkin as the surgeon of choice for anyone facing hip replacement surgery.

I was told by Dr. Larkin that a hip replacement would be 'a piece of cake' and 'if you need a joint replaced, this is the one'. I was playing sports before my hip surgery, now I can no longer even lift my leg, have trouble walking, can no longer run or play sports and cannot carry weight without pain. He was actually going to do another surgery on me, but thankfully I got a 2nd and 3rd opinion first. The other doctor said, 'that's a horrible idea, you have no bone left'.2nd and 3rd opinion said poor cup positioning and that he put in too large of hardware for my frame and that he left me without any bone to do a revision - not to mention, any revision would require the hardware be even larger .I sent Dr. Larkin a certified letter letting him know of my continued issues and asking that he contact me to discuss and I never heard from him

Dr Larkin did a left knee replacement 2 1/2 years ago and my knee is perfect. He just done a complete patellar repair replacement and I am going great. No pain , just need to complete physical therapy. He is very best Orthopedic Surgeon and his assistant Maggie is the greatest.

Excellent first visit for a second opinion on knee issue. From the receptionist, nurse, PA, to Dr Larkin, the practice was courteous, professional, thorough, friendly, and professional. The PA and Dr Larkin examined my situation, symptoms, and X-ray and came up with a solution set that meets my needs. I’ve found the team that I can move forward with my care!
