In the year 2020, I finally decided to go and get a Physical exam, after dismissing for 4 years. I decided to change my thinking and start the decade with a new mindset. Various providers at the INOVA General Internal Medicine group have attended to my various illnesses but Dr. Debass is by far the best provider in the group. In this day and time, it is hard to find a doctor with a great bedside manner and diagnosing capabilities. It was great to speak to a doctor that listens to your concerns and explains medical conditions. Dr. Debass reviewed my history, asked informed questions, and provided me with a thorough accurate diagnosis and other preventative measures. I do not like going to the doctor! The time Dr. Debass spent with me was well worth it. I would recommend Dr. Debass to anyone looking for a GREAT Internal Medicine doctor. Thank you, Dr. Debass for your professionalism and patient care.

Was dismissive and rude when I complained for years about chronic fatigue, severe pain, other severe or bizarre symptoms. Two weeks after I went to a new doctor I was hospitalized for a serious illness that she had dismissed for years. It was terrifying and negligent. The entire practice was horrible. Ive never experienced anything like this. Learned a HUGE lesson about trusting my own instincts and that doctors are just normal people and some of them are really bad at their job.

Dr. Brickte DeBass is the best internist in Northern VA. At your appointment, she will give you all the time you need to share your issues and thoroughly goes over test results. Then she will give you sound advice, resources and suggest a reputable specialist if need be. I feel I can tell Dr. DeBass anything since she is totally nonjudgemental and sympathetic to your needs. I am 65 years and hope to be her patient the rest of my life. Never met a better doctor so dedicated to medicine. Love her!!!
