Dr. Bridget Renee Briggs, MD

I’ve been a patient at this office for almost 10 years and always received excellent care when I was seeing Luke, who was professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about his patients. Unfortunately, since he left, the quality of care has gone downhill — especially with Nurse Practitioner Amber Campbell. I recently lost my medical insurance but still needed my routine medications, so I paid $200 cash for a simple medication refill appointment. Amber was unprofessional, dismissive, and failed to provide my usual two refills — something I’ve consistently received for years. She didn’t even notify me that she was changing this, leaving me without the refills I depend on and forcing me to pay another $200 if I need a new prescription. I didn’t find out I had no more refills till I went to call in a refill. It was a mess! This isn’t the first negative experience I’ve had with Amber, but this one was unacceptable. It feels like this office has completely shifted its focus away from… patient care and toward pushing their cash-only med spa services. When I brought up legitimate perimenopause concerns, I was told that Dr. Briggs doesn’t allow NPs to prescribe medication for hormonal issues and that I’d have to go through their med spa instead — which is both inappropriate and unethical. I’ve been loyal to this office for nearly a decade, but I’m done. I feel taken advantage of, dismissed, and left scrambling for basic medical care. Unless this practice re-centers on patient care and professionalism, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for a provider who actually values their patients.

Went to dr. Briggs weight loss clinic for help with obesity. Took my money and gave me a prescription for anti depressant and opioid addiction, never have I ever taken an opioid. She told me to find a behavioral therapist and a nutritionist and join weight watchers. Wow so not helpful AT ALL!! You get an F at helping people.

Had an appointment with Dr. Briggs and she spent some much time with me explaining and going over my results usually doctors are in and out within 10-15 minutes it's wonderful to have a doctor take the time out to make sure you understand what's going on with your health. I want to thank Dr. Briggs and her staff

I take my 1 year old daughter here and see has seen all the providers there and they have been nothing but the best. They are always on top of getting back to me. Amazing care and amazing providers

Dr. Briggs is an amazing Doctor and well worth the wait times. Her one on one with the patients is great. The staff at the Murrieta office is Great they go above and beyond for their patients.

My appointment was 9: 30 am and did not go to the room until two hours later. Then wait to see her two more hours. This always happens. Then she doesn’t know who i was.. She always over booking herself.

Dr. Briggs diagnosed me accurately, when others had not. Thank you Dr. Briggs. I now have a plan, hope, and already see improvement.

I have seen Dr. Briggs twice now, and each time I am amazed at how much she knows about the latest developments in medicine. She is able to explain treatment in a very straight forward, understandable way. I'm also impressed with how she doesn't just write out a prescription and hustle you out. She takes the time to discuss more natural options, and makes sure all your concerns are met. I feel like she makes a great effort to stay current, which is not easy for doctors to do these days.

I have never been seen by Dr. Briggs. I have been seeing Tracy Dyer, PA for a long time and have been very satisfied. The two things I dont like are sometimes they leave you in the room too long and if you are too sick to make your appt. they charge you.
