He quickly analyzed my concerns and prescribed the necessary medications. He is able to fix the problem. I was extremely pleased. I would highly recommend him.

I brought my daughter in to see Dr. Creswell for a severe case of melescum and he was absolutely great to work with. He had a diagnosis and plan within minutes of our first visit. Very professional and great with children. I would highly recommend Dr. Creswell!

Dr. Creswell is the first doctor to make me feel 100 percent confident about my Psoriasis. I was first diagnosed with Psoriasis when I was 19, and it really took a toll on my confidence, something that I have always taken pride in. I've had psoriasis for almost 6 years now, and I've seen many Dermatologists, none to which ever made me feel like I can take control over this. They would just prescribe me topical ointments and send me on my way. Being someone who only knew what I had read about on my condition, these doctors sure weren't making me feel too good about this new autoimmune disease that I was going to have for the rest of my life. This eventually led to being prescribed for depression medication. What confidence? No matter how hard I tried, deep down, I could not come to positive terms with this disease. How was I going to live the rest of my life this way? One day a few months back, I broke down completely. The looks I get from people on an everyday basis normally don't… bother me as much as they used to. The part that freaks me out, is that one-day I have to explain my condition to the person I'm dating. Will he like me anymore if he finds out I have this condition? I know it sounds ridiculous, but those thoughts are there. So, I said screw this. I am going to fight this and I'm going to kick its A**. That is when I called up Dr. Creswell's office and set up an appointment. My first appointment with Dr. Creswell was amazing. His overall energy and personality made me feel 100 percent comfortable right away. The reassurance I received by him, letting me know that no matter what, he was going to do whatever he can to make this go way, put me at ease. Something as simple as that. Stress, GONE. Giving me multiple options and further plans (even if I didn't need them) made me feel SO GOOD. He was confident, he was upbeat, he gave me many options, and plans on what we were going to do if the first plan didn't work. That is ALL I needed to hear from my doctor. I trusted him. And right then and there, I was so thankful to have found such an awesome doctor, who was going to help me on my journey to a more confident and happy life with psoriasis.

4 minute visit with the doctor, he was in a rush, the nurse was left to explain, but even she was in a rush, never called my child by his name that I had written on all forms, took liberty to call him what ever they felt he should be shortened too, prescribed a $75 cream, told me it's my insurances fault (I have good insurance), tried to get them to find something else or simply understand why there is only one product as if a monopoly....this customer service I have never experienced condesention and like they had something better to do than take my calls- then when the doctor called....because it got to him I wasn't happy- he thought his staff and he calling me back was plenty of service! and said, not like I could take your call while in surgery. (but I didn't think he staff could have handled it just as other medical offices do) or other option, "they get back to you in 48 hours.... My husband had seen him for a surgical procedure, and liked him, but obviously acne isn't where… he makes his money. so we were rushed through and a "take my word for it" attitude...
