I called his office on April 12, 2025. He is NOT taking new patients. He needs to update his information.

Dr. Zapata is probably the best doctor I've ever had. He listens to you, takes time to talk to you, and explains the reasons behind his decisions. As far as a medical practice goes, it is homey and welcoming. They know me by name.

Thyroidectomy , Dr Zapata and his wonderful staff are always there, always returns my phone calls, always reminds me of appointments, even when i had a new prescription benefit plan with the state of florida, he gave me enough of my prescribed medicine to get me through until my new prescription plan mailed me my new dosage. Nicole is wonderful, very fast and goes above from what i have seen, seeing so many other Dr's staffing assistants througout this whole process, i love the fact there is only 3 staff in this office its so cozy and personal, (which you do not get anymore in this day and age) love love love them, 3 years running strong. FRONT DESK MANAGER IS AWSOME! Thumbs Up 5 star.

He listen to what I had to say. He never dismissed anything out of hand. He was more than thorough. He spent a tremendous amount of his time with me and working on my case. His follow up care was as excellent as his initial care for my condition. Has an excellent bedside manner. His staff are excellent. He came to the correct diagnosis for a condition that is exceedingly rare and did not act as the cookie stamped text book would indicate. If I had been unluckly enough to get anyone else during this critical time, I would have never seen my 27th birthday.
