Professional, caring and successful minimum invasion surgery.

I found him not only to be professionally superior, but also so kind and caring.

You have to call them. They will not contact you. If you have an MRI done, they will never give you the results unless you call them. I waited a three weeks expecting something only to be told that they wanted me to mail them a copy of the results. So what are they being paid to do?

Once he has your money he doesnt care about you. His staff does not communicate even if something goes wrong.Ut Southwest is just a money factory for him. Patients are just a byproduct he has to deal with to get paid.

Dr. Bagley performed an extremely difficult surgery on my neck and has drastically improved my quality of life. He's quite thorough in explaining the procedure and what to expect during recovery. I highly recommend him!

Dr Bagley operated on my neck while he was at Duke. He was very kind and patient always making sure my questions were answered. I don’t know if he will see this but I’d like to thank him. Dr.Carlos Bagley is second to none. He performed lemictonomy at L1L2 one week after fail surgery by another doctor, On first visit he explained thoroughly by showing Xray what is the problem,how he plans to correct it and how long it will take to recover. My coplete recovery in short 5 months was so good that I could perform all daily function without pain. I had recomended him to two of our friends with much more complex problems than mine and they had excellent results. DR. Bagley and his staff is very caring and I could get any answer by Email contact within same day.

There are a lot of good surgeons in this area so I would not recommend Dr Bagley. I was never given any clear direction on what I was or was not suppose to do after my surgery. He and his office manager tried to get my benefits denied I'm the middle of my healing process. His office manager put me through serious stress for an entire week and yes we did have heated conversations. I was denied contact with Dr Bagley and all my appointments were cancelled by her. Dr Bagley responded with a letter instructing me to find another doctor. This is all right in the middle of my healing process. It's been 9 months since my neck surgery and I still have a lot of pain and have not gotten back my range of motion like he said I would. This is just my personal experience but I would not want anyone else to have to go through this nightmare.
