Dr. Schmidt-Sarosi has been my doctor for over 25 years. At my first apppointment I thought she was a genius. And she is. She is so kind and caring and will listen and talk to you like a friend. So helpful and keeps up with all the latest medical happenings in her field

Dr completely distracted. Talked to her about my issues and she is so distracted that she is talking about addressing an issue that was not even anything close to what I came for. Hard to believe but true! Seems only interested in making money by pulling patients into reproduction and fertility suggestions when I am not even trying to conceive! when I let her know she became aggressive and argumentative. Not going back and DO NOT RECOMMEND!

If I could give this -10 stars I would. The front desk staff is totally unprofessional. The Dr is only interested in making money. No interest in th patient or solving your issues. Has her assistant ( incompetent) call you to explain medical information on your tests with no knowledge of what the data means vs the doctor who should follow up herself with a phone call. Wants to withhold sending a prescription to the pharmacy so you come back again the next day so she can charge you again and your insurance. STAY AWAY!

Dr. Cecilia Schmidt Sarosi was the first OBGYN/RE I’ve ever had. It has been extremely difficult for me to make the decision to leave her care. She has made me feel more comfortable than any other doctor and she really cared about how I was doing and feeling throughout the process of being so young and struggling with infertility. She was so gentle and careful with me, something I will never find with another doctor. I had to make the decision to move on because I needed a different approach than she was offering. This is most definitely a ME problem as I am unable to truly advocate for myself. I wish I could’ve done better so I didn’t have to quietly phase myself out of her care. I genuinely believe I would have had a successful pregnancy under her care had a few factors been different. I would recommend her a million times over and am so thankful that the first doctor I saw [in this specialty] was the absolute very best. Also, her new nurses and admin team are absolutely brilliant -… whereas her previous staff were quite frustrating. I actually felt like I was friends with all of them. That’s how great they made me feel. Alexandra and Niajah are angels! And Jessica (nurse) is the sweetest thing ever and really helped me to relax during a very uncomfortable procedure. Wil, from financing, was EXTREMELY helpful in figuring out my insurance - super cool guy and easy to talk to. I know that I left without a pregnancy, but that does not take away from the top care provided here. Nothing but love for them!

Dr. Serousi has been my gynecologist for over 20 years. She is the best doctor I have. She is caring, compassionate, knowledgeable and always takes the time to answer all my questions. I find her staff wonderful, and love the fact that there is a nurse there on the days she isn't available and I can have my scripts renewed without having to wait.

Dr. Serousi is the most caring doctor I have ever gone to. I have been her patient for probably 20 years and although the wait time for her is usually long, she always spends time with me to discuss any of my concerns. Her staff is courteous and I always get a call back if I have a question or a problem. We need more doctors like her.

Dr. Schmidt Sarosi spends times with her patients and has a good bedside manner. However, her staff is awful. Especially michelle. Her nurses don't call back the same day to answer a question that you have. This office used to be great but unfortunately her staff made me leave this practice.

I have gone to this practice for many years and although it was initially good, during the past two years things have dramatically changed. The Dr. is distracted, does not listen to her patient and even worse is argumentative. This is totally unprofessional and I will not be returning.

Truly the worst medical experience I've had to date. Doctor Is unreachable for questions unless you are on site at an appointment, and even then, dismissive, rushed and often uninformed of chart details-- including, for instance. your name during routine exam, and separately, what procedure you are undergoing as the anesthesia's being administered. To make matters worse, uneducated staff buffers all communication with doctor--mangling both input and output--and is generally totally unreceptive to legitimate questions/concerns, resorting to bullying techniques to shut them down. I was misdiagnosed, undiagnosed, improperly treated & mistreated to the point that I thought i was losing my mind. A fortunate second opinion revealed an alternate universe of organized, educated & caring nurses and doctors who took the stress out of the situation, and ultimately saved me from thousands of wasted dollars and months of unsuccessful treatment due to the doctor's careless misdiagnosis & missed… diagnosis.

Dr. Serosi is such an amazing physician; thorough, caring, knowledgeable, empathetic, and really wants her patients to understand their bodies. For me she diagnosed a heath issue that other doctors missed because they did not look closely enough. She was able to treat with medication. If this condition continued to go undiagnosed, it would have led to surgery. And her staff, well, needless to say they are just as fabulous.
