After reading other reviews I see I’m Not the only patient with this issue. Dr. Harris is a phenomenal physician with excellent character and passion to help others. HOWEVER, His staff is RUDE, unprepared, unprofessional, and WEIRD! The nurse hardly ever returns calls or Relay messages to the doctor as she should, prescriptions are told to be sent to pharmacy when you get there they were never called in, it’s hard to reach them in regards to ONGOING issues as such. All you get is SORRY and they do it again. If this were fast food or car Maintainence it wouldn’t be such a huge deal but patients lives and health are at stake. Front desk staff is ALWAYS in a bad mood and it seems as if having to collect a copay takes them over the edge. I listened to how one young lady spoke to an elderly man, it almost brought me to tears! If I didn’t love Dr. Harris I too would have already switched my primary care physician.

Dr. Harris is an excellent physician, but his staff is quite different. The staff is not welcoming at all and will talk to you, as if you owe them something. If I did not care about this doctor, I would more than likely change my primary care physician.

Dr. Harris is the best doctor I've ever had. He treats you as a person first and not a lab rat to push medications on! Dr. Harris has been my doctor for eight years now and I never felt better about my health. Dr. Harris is one of few doctors who cares about his patience.
