Dr. Chad Clark Schooley, MD

I came in and my ins company had said they were in network with your company as well as the lady at your office who took the ph call., as i got to check in at around 310 for my 330 appt, i had ppwk pre filled out, they lady told me to have a seat and will be a few mins as she was with someone else. I wait and about 5 mins later she called me up and took my ins card and id and said we do not take your ins you will need to pay in full. i said no, i want to speak to a manger and i pulled up the list of provider my ins company sent personally to me. we called the ins company and yes still you were in network but thru a different name ( Colorado Cardiac alliance) Peggy was out there with me while i was on the phone, she was fabulous, heard what my ins company said and said we can bill under that. she told the nurse who came out to let the doctor, Dr Schooley know i was ready . it was 8 mins past my appt time. and the nurse came back and said he left he did not want to wait.. I was applauded… with seeing this from a doctor and knowing i had been there well before my appt time. It was rude and i was shocked as a New Pt a doctor would do that. Peggy assured me she will get me seen, she said i have a nurse practitioner that can see you, so i said yes. i needed to be seen. Elizabeth W Arnold the nurse practitioner was so kind, very apologetic for the wait because she was with another patient at the time and for Dr Schoole, however she saw me, and was very pleasant and i would refer to her. When i went to check out, the nicest , helpful Tracey was there and followed up with a ph call to schd and to make sure my visit would be covered. Ins issues. i followed up with Peggy and she has always been so helpful thru all of my time there, I really appreciate the staff that was so kind while i was upset, and not knowing what to do, however very disappointed with the Dr. Schooley.

Stopped on Way to Grocery Store And helped me get on my feet. Took me in my house called my son and stayed until he got here. bandaged my arm to stop the bleeding. Was very kind and gracious.
