The wait to see Dr. Hartzog was not bad! He had Xrays made and was ready with the results quickly. He was very pleasant! He diagnosed the problem and gave instructions to help the knee pain to improve and will have me back in in 4 weeks to see how it is doing. Very thorough!

Didn’t see Dr Hartzog. Waited an hour for a short in shoulder - no one came to room to let me know what was going on - had to go out and ask. When patient is waiting for a while (( and I know things cone up) courtesy update would be appropriate.

Easy location. Nice office. Nice people. Thankful Dr. Zog was able to see me on such short notice. Easy to speak with him. Open discussion.

Dr. Hartzog is always very accommodating and very thorough with his diagnosis. He has a passion for what he does!

I would say the office staff and the Dr himself are great. Only thing you may be stuck there for 2 hrs. Don't have anything planned immediately after your appointment time.

I was a workin. Outstanding visit. Very knowledgeable providing easily understood explaiation of the diagnosis and treatment plan. Prompt and gave a near painless intrarticular injection.

Always friendly and professional. His staff is great. They take time to explain your options to you. I would refer him to others if they need to see an orthopedic specialist.

My visit to the Hughston Clinic to see Dr Harrzog was nothing better than old fashioned hands on care with good bedside manner . The staff was patient with me as I reeled and rocked down the hall from the receptionist to the X-Ray technician stare of the art equipment that was not loud and scary to the gentle but professional voice of Dr Harrzog , Hars off to this team !
