Dr. Joshi is very knowledgeable in neurology and has answers at her finger tips. She doesn't double guess and has a hold in her subject. she takes time to understand the patient's problem and takes excellent care, follow up. She spent a lot of time and went beyond her duties to address our concerns.

She takes the time to listen to our thoughts and concerns and questions. She is one of the few neurologists we have met that doesn't seem to look down her nose at us.

Dr Joshi is an amazing, knowledgeable, caring doctor! She is passionate about helping her patients and spent so much time helping us understand our sons condition and all options available. She promptly responds to emails and phone calls and is by far the best there is!

Dr. Joshi is an incredible doctor. She goes above and beyond for her patients. She reads the medical records and researches background info prior to the clinic visit. She follows up and responds in a timely manner. She is forthright and frank with her recommendations and listens to the parents concerns, as well as our child's. She truly is a caring doctor and takes on complex intractable Epilepsy cases and does not give up. We are truly blessed to have our daughter under her care and she is by far the best and most knowledgeable pediatric epileptologist in the state of Iowa.

Dr. Joshi is extremely rude and was very judgement. I am a single mom and a nurse, once she found out I was a single mom her tone completely changed. She did not listen to my concerns. My daughter is twelve and she did not ask her questions, she ignored her. I gave her permission to speak to my daughter's school and she spoke badly about me. She was very unprofessional and she kept mumbling stuff under her breathe. Totally uncalled for. This is a horrible physician.

Dr. Joshi was able to quickly and accurately diagnose my son with a special type of epilepsy. (After a video EEG) We were able to right away start on the Modified Atkins Diet which has helped, with a combination of meds, to stop his seizures.

Dr. Joshi determined that my 4 year old child was "making up" her symptoms after 1 appointment and 1 medical test (eeg). She refused to even follow up with her. She was later diagnosed with epilepsy (based on symptoms and a positive eeg) by another neurologist.
