Doc J has been my doctor since '07 and is tenacious when solving my medical issues. Best & most knowledgeable doctor i have ever had & will stay with her forever.

Listens to your concerns. Very proactive.

I have seen Dr Jacobsen for going on 12 years now and will continue as her patient for as long as she is available.

Dr j and her MA. saved my life. A simple office visit with in ten mins turned into 5 days in the hospital and 4 weeks off from work. She is the best.

Love Dr Jacobsen , always in a wonderful mood, great bedside manner, better than great actually! Staff is really nice, and know what they are doing...Only complaint is she most times seems hurried through appointments. I can understand. Would like a bit more time but but understand she has a large patient following. Over all I still give 5 stars!

Cher is simply amazing. When I have had general concerns, she has called me back to answer questions without requiring an appointment. When I need a non-emergency appointment, I am in within a couple of days. She has always showed concern about my overall health, not just the matter that caused me to schedule an appointment. I am very thankful I found her and I refer to her to anyone seeking a new physician.

I've been to a lot of doctors, and she's the best, hands down. Never rushes me through, answers my messages through NextMD very promptly. Has a delightful sense of humor, appointments are actually enjoyable! Can't say enough good about her--SO glad I found her for me and my family!

First of all, the office staff (in particular the receptionist) is exceptionally rude. Secondly, the doctor did not recognize a condition I had that was very noticible. I then went to an obgyn who diagnosed it within minutes of examining me. I have no confidence in this doctor, and she definately needs to hire a new receptionist.
