Dr. Christian S Pope, DO

I have always had female providers and was a little nervous about having a male OB/GYN. I heard wonderful things about Dr. Pope and decided when I became pregnant in 2016 I would have him as my OB. Best decision ever. He is the most caring physician I have ever meet. He has the awesome bed side manner and you can tell he genuinely cares and loves his job. He definitely makes you feel as if you are his only patient. He has a very busy practice but I have never felt rushed at any of my appointments. Excited to be having him again for my 2020 baby. Dr. Pope, thank you for being an awesome doctor!

Dr Pope has cared for me for 5 years for a chronic condition. I recently had to have surgery for this problem. He is one of the most caring physicians I've had. He is there with you through the whole process and follow up care afterward. I couldn't imagine going through all of this without him by my side. 100 thank yous!!

Dr. Pope is an excellent physician. I almost hate to give him such a good rating because the more popular he gets, the harder it is to see him! He is kind and caring and was great during a stressfull pregnancy. He has excellent bed side manner and worked well w/ my neurologist and regular primary care physician.

We had the best experience with Dr. Pope all throughout my pregnancy. I needed to have a c-section and he came to St. Luke's on his day off to deliver my son at 9:55 PM! Dr. Pope is so caring and recognizes aspects about his patients other doctors do not take the time to notice.We highly recommend his Mattapoisett, MA office staff as well.
