She was great for a long time while I was in good health. Time came when I consistently texted her, in person, called her to complain about excruciating pain. She sent me for physical therapy when she clearly knew I was a breast cancer survivor. Turned out after 8 months of being ignored, it metastasized,

The absolute WORST doctor I have ever seen!! Cold, rude, panicked...makes a LOT of mistakes. Extremely negligent after I had a huge surgery. Horrific experience.

Dr. Iacobo is a caring and highly competent professional. She always comes into the examining room prepared, having reviewed my history and her notes on our previous visit, often having consulted with colleagues about questions I've asked. She is thoughtful and compassionate. I never feel rushed by her.
