Dr. Christine Marie Aiello, MD

Dr. Aiello is an awesome communicator who stays up-to-date on new treatments. She has managed my chronic neurological disease for several years & enabled me to continue to be able to walk with a cane. She really is a sharp creative thinker making her a highly respected doctor. She is not taking any new patients now, but might be at a later time. It's really hard to get an appointment with the best doctors.

I have been seeing Dr Aiello for 23 years! I trust this doctor because she is always taken time to listen to me a go over problems! Dr Aiello also took care of my parents! I always felt safe and well cared for! Wonderful and always in a good mood! Dr Aiello is the only doctor I rated 5 stars!

Thought I might be having a heart problem. Am 76. It's saturday. Called clinic and left message. NEVER CALLED BACK.

Very down to earth doctor who explains things well. She took her time and answered all my questions.

She speaks to her patients in words they can understand, She takes all the time needed, NEVER makes you feel that you are just a number. She really cares about you!

As an established patient of Dr. Aiello's, I don't have issues getting appointments or fit into her schedule but because I've been there for many years, I've learned how far in advance to schedule things and that for non-urgent issues, I won't be scheduled the same day and I'm okay with that. I also don't mind waiting for her if she's running late because I know she's going to take her time with me, too. She has always been right on with my care and treatment and makes referrals to equally as competent doctors when needed. My biggest complaint is that the office staff is curt and fairly unfriendly, mainly because I think they are busy and I've seen how rude some people can be to them. Overall, am very happy with her as my primary doctor and will continue to recommend her.

First off if I could give a lower rating than 1 star then I would. This office deserves 0 stars. Dr. Aiello is not even available to take new patients so instead you get pawned off onto one of the nurses (yet charged the same as if you had seen the doctor). The first time I went there as a new patient I wanted to get my cholesterol checked, but they told me I had to go through a new patient visit first and make a second appointment to get my cholesterol done. The new patient visit consisted of them weighing me and taking my blood pressure and asking me what medications I take. I told them I take Prilosec for acid reflux and somehow this resulted in me getting billed for an acid reflux diagnosis which my insurance did not cover. So me telling them I take Prilosec prompted them to bill me for a diagnosis that I informed them about. So completely unethical! Then I call the office and complain and try to get them to fix the billing code and I get told I need to call the insurance company.… I call them and they tell me this is the responsibility of the doctor's office so I call them back. Then the Dr. office tells me I have to call their billing office. The billing office then tells me they need to talk to the Dr's office! I still haven't received a call back with the status and each time I call now I can't even get through. My second visit with them for the cholesterol check wasn't any better - the Dr. is in-network, but they sent my blood to an out-of-network diagnostic lab without informing me AND they AGAIN used the wrong billing codes so that they could get more $$$. So now I have two visits and two terrible experiences both of which I am STILL trying to get worked out. This office is completely disingenuous and unethical that they would send the wrong billing codes to the insurance provider; it's as if they are just throwing things against the wall to see what sticks. Couple of other quick complaints - (1) my second visit I had an appointment first thing in the morning (they open at 830 and I was there and through the door before anyone else got there). Despite having an appointment at 830 and being the first one there I still had to wait in the waiting room while 2 other people who got there after me were seen. I didn't have any new patient paperwork or anything to fill out because this was my second visit. (2) the office is supposedly open from 830 to 5, but actually they close from 12 to 130 for lunch! AND if you try calling after 430 then good luck - every time I call after 430 I get an answering machine saying they are closed and that their hours are 830 to 5 even though it's only 430!

Dr. Aiello is a concerned and caring physician. Spends as much time is needed and shos compassion!

Dr. Aiello is fantastic; very compassionate and caring. Once you're in with her, it's great. Everything before and after that is awful. Staff doesn't even answer the phone most of the time; wade through phone trees, leave messages, and hopefully get an answer within 48 hours. Nearly impossible to get Rx's renewed due to staff's demand that an appt is made even when Dr. A. says renewal OK. I continue to go to her because she's the best GP I've had in many years. Aside from her, good luck! Best kept secret is to see her without an appt at the walk-in clinic; however, phone number is unpublished and you end up dealing with the frustration and non-answering staff previously noted.

If you call to give a courtesy that you're on your way but may be late due to traffic, you are told that 15 minutes after appointment time, you have to reschedule, no matter what.I don't like to be held to standards that doctors themselves can't always keep.Staff have rushed me & my family out of the office so they can shut the office down for lunch. I had many unanswered questions and felt slighted.Morning & late afternoon appointments are difficult to get. Also difficult to schedule more than one family member together.Office has submitted the wrong diagnosis code to insurance & labs several times, resulting in a lot of hassle and time on the phone with insurance. Even when I ask them to resubmit incorrect claims, they forget about my request and I have to start over again.
