Dr. Fitzgerald spent a lot of time with me on the call and was thorough in his explanations.

Doctor Fitzgerald is absolutely outstanding. He is always genuinely concerned about my diabetes and consistently offers excellent, practical advice. Even though I struggle to control my diabetes and often have a hard time following his recommendations, he never makes me feel judged. He remains patient, supportive, and dedicated to my health. I am incredibly grateful for his ongoing care and compassion.

Having received a glowing recommendation for Dr. Fitzgerald when I was looking for a new PCP, I was disappointed in our intial meetings because he seemed less warm than was described and I felt rushed in the appointments. Warmth of personality is a plus but not essential, but I really dislike waiting to be seen only to feel like I'm being hurried along during the visit. I'm happy to say that, based on my last appointment, my opinion of him has changed completely, and for the better. I had some scary test results and experiences and he was as attentive as could be. I felt like he was hearing me and addressing each of my concerns; we had a real back and forth about treatment options and what everything meant. He even shared his personal experiences with some of what I was experiencing. That level of actively listening, respecting my fear, connecting with me on a human level, and taking the time needed to go through everything rather than making me feel rushed made all the difference in… how I felt when I left the appointment and the amount of confidence I have in his recommendations for treatment.

Dr. Fitzgerald is an excellent doctor. He cares very much about his patients. He is not only my doctor; he is also my husband, my mother, and my son's doctor. We all love Doctor Christopher Fitzgerald. Thank you for being such a great physician.

Dr Fitzgerald is the best doctor in Cedars that you could depend on and very knowledgeable to do his jobs in spite of his crazy schedule.

The only weakness I can state for Dr. Fitzgerald is that he does not listen as well as he could. He does offer great advice and he is very confident and knowledgeable, but his interest seems to decline when the patient talks. So I talk quickly so as to get what I want to say in the most efficient terms possible.

I propose Dr to end the visit with an open ended question such as "is there anything else you would like to discuss that we have not covered?"
