Dr. Clifton Miles Jackness, MD

I waited months for an appointment with Dr. Jackness. It was quite pricey too. He was very nice and spent an adequate amount of time with me. However he said I was just too complicated and he would have to think about how to help me or consult with other doctors. I never heard back from him after that. If you have more common and not extremely complex issues I would still recommend him.

You cannot go wrong with Dr. Jackness. He's an incredibly thorough, kind doctor and his offices are well-managed and clean (even in the midst of the pandemic).

Dr. Jackness is profoundly competent and compassionate. The office is often hectic and there is often a wait before appointment times but I am so grateful that Dr. Jackness goes out of his way to make sure to see patients when he could be scheduling fewer appointments to make his own life easier. It took ages to find the right endocrinologist and I am so thankful I saw the positive reviews that made me go here, I finally feel like I'm being treated with competence.

He has been my Doctor now for several years and has walked with me through several issues. Very knowledgeable, caring and thorough. Not the quickest to flash out that prescription pad, and truly treats you like a patient... not just a number. Only, if you need something... and only if the greater benefit will outweigh the other alternatives. A little wait, but not too much. He is definitely a true gem, in this rough medical industry.

Dr. Jackness in one word is wonderful; attentive, empathetic, caring, extremely knowledgeable. He keeps up to date with all kinds of new practices and to me this is very important. Don't wait to long before you make an appt....before he is all full up. I can't imaging that it will be too long before this occurrs. Anyway, he is the best. It is easy to make an appt. and the wait is generally not bad at all. Staff is courteous as well. He reaches the gold standard of communication, bedside manner and quality diagnostics. He is a wonderful doctor who will take the time to explain everything to you in an intelligent way that makes you feel comfortable and be able to easily explain your diagnosis to others. He takes the time to write your lab results BY HAND and mail them to you so you don't have to worry unnecessarily and marks what he would like to discuss at your next appointment. I came to Dr. Jackness after feeling like I was crazy and no other doctor could find anything wrong with me. He took the time to figure it out. I adore him as a doctor so much my fiance is now a patient. I would send family, friends and random people on the street to him if they had an issue that fell under his expertise. I can't thank him enough!

Dr. Jackness is a true healer, who treats the very human patient in front of him, as opposed to a series of numbers on a lab report. He is kind, patient, and, above all, just brilliant. He exhibits so many wonderful qualities that I have found sadly lacking in just about every doctor in this field. He is exception and I recommend him whole-heartedly.
